My name is Jimi McNeil, CEO and Founder of JUUC - Just Us the Unity Connection, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

We formed JUUC with a clear mission: to support, uplift, and help finance established organizations that are already doing meaningful work in our communities, especially organizations serving men and boys, including individuals who have been previously incarcerated and are working to rebuild their lives.

Our goal is to help these individuals gain access to education, job training, and life-building opportunities. We want to assist them in enrolling in trade school, technical school, college, or any approved school or training program of their interest. We also hope to provide stipends to help cover transportation, meals, and basic needs while they are attending school.

In addition to education and training, JUUC is committed to helping participants prepare for long-term stability. Our program goals include:

• Helping participants enroll in school or job-training programs.

• Providing transportation and lunch assistance while they attend school.

• Supporting credit repair and financial counseling.

• Offering first-time homebuyer education classes.

• Helping participants become prequalified for homeownership.

• Preparing individuals to complete programs with a certificate, diploma, or trade skill that can help them move forward in life.

When participants complete programs, our vision is for them to have marketable skills, improved credit, financial guidance, and a real opportunity to become homeowners and productive members of their communities.

We are seeking funding to help make this mission possible. Your donation will help us support organizations and programs that are already committed to changing lives and creating stronger futures for men, boys, families, and communities.
